How It Works

1. Log in to your account and visit your order page.
2. Click "Request Exchange" and select the items you would like to exchange.
3. We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange pickup and dispatch.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are for the same or higher value item only.
• Sale items may not be eligible for exchange — check your order details.
